2008-2009 Program Dues

We would like to start off by saying that dues are vital to the livelihood of our program. They allow us pay for all of the patches and program supplies, they pay for the staff, and they allow us to continue to keep the cost down on many of the events like fall and Spring Outing. We are counting on all you chiefs to help make sure that we get all the dues in for the upcoming season.

The 2008-2009 dues will be $90 per pair for non-members of the YMCA, $65 per pair for members of the YMCA, and $25 for each additional child in the program. Dues must be paid before Friday, October 10, 2008.

You must pay your dues before you register for the Third Year Date Night, Third Year Pow-Wow, or the Camp Rockmont Fall Outing. Dues may be paid by several methods: over the phone with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, & American Express), by mail with a check, or in person (check, cash, or credit). To make payment over the phone, please call Renee Holley at (919) 582-2228.

You may pay dues with the same check/payment for Rockmont, Date Night, Pow-Wow, etc. However, the white water rafting trip money should be paid directly to the third party vendor according to the rafting registration form.

Y-Guides Refund Policy

The YMCA Guides and Princesses Program will refund the any outing payment less a $25 processing fee, if registration for the event is cancelled two weeks prior to the scheduled weekend. Any refund requests after the two week deadline will incur a $25 processing fee plus the cost of food for each participant. There will be no refunds for the event if the registration is cancelled on the Friday of the assigned weekend or after the assigned weekend. All requests for refunds need to be made in writing (by email or letter) to Renee Holley at renee.holley@ymcatriangle.org.
