Greetings Vendors!
The YMCA is an organization that was founded to serve children, families, and the community under the umbrella of Christian Principles. We ask all organizations that we work with to be in line with our family-based program and the mission of the YMCA. The YMCA and the Y Guides & Princesses Program will refer participants to organizations, businesses, non-profits, and events but will not be held legally liable for any occurance. Therefore, the vendors we refer participants to must be of sound nature and must be appropriate for our participant base of children ages 6-11 and their fathers. Safety should be a priority. The Y Guides & Princesses Director and Staff hold the right to inspect these vendors at anytime and will discontinue our relationship immediately if anything is found to be unsatisfactory. We also want the experience of the participants to be affordable and obtainable for all people, and the vendors we have approved have been ask to provide creative, unique, affordable, easy and convenient for the Dads, fun and meaningful for the father/child pair and experience products, programs, events and experiences.
The phone numbers and email addresses of Y Guides & Princesses Participants will not be made public to any vendor but they will have the option to contract with our approved mailing service so it is possible that program participants may receive mailings.
No vendors should be marketing to participants during the month of January so as to hold all attention and priority to the Arapahoe Nation’s Winter Inning, as it is a major part of our program.
Vendors have been asked to provide patches free of charge to Y Guides & Princesses that participate in their event, organization or business. The vendor should provide the patch at the time of the event or through the mail after the event. The Y Guides & Princesses Office does not distribute patches for third-party events. Program participants should go directly through the vendor to obtain a patch. The Y Guides & Princesses Office only provides patches for participation in the following events:
Fall Pow Wow
Daddy Daughter Date Night
Fall Outing at Camp Kanata Winter Inning
Kite Flying Day |
Fall Trailblazers Outing at Camp Rockmont
WeBuildPeople
Loyal Order of the Moose
Holiday Parade Participation
Spring Outing at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer

The Y Guides & Princesses Program Staff would like your feedback on experiences that you have with our approved vendors. Please send all feedback to us at vendor.relations@ymcatriangle.org. Your feedback is important and it helps us to improve our relationships with vendors and thus, improve the program experience for other participants and the program as a whole.
